Service Support

Once you’ve purchased your new organ, service and support after installation is always a new owner’s concern. At Johannus we provide a 10 year warranty on all our organs. With our expert Dutch organ-building quality in every instrument, we are confident that you will experience minimal disruption on your new organ – if any at all! In the unlikely event of this happening, Johannus  provides technical assistance across South Africa through two service centres – the only organ company to do so. 

Our technicians are certified by the Johannus factory in the Netherlands after undergoing extensive training in diagnosing potential issues and correcting these as quickly as possible. Beware of technicians who offer their services to repair your Johannus organ – they may do more harm than good. Contact us first to check whether a technician is certified to provide service on your Johannus organ!

The Johannus Promise: “We undertake to conduct the first inspection of a defective organ within seven working days of your enquiry.”

We are often able to service organs in half that time, but we will never take longer than seven working days to solve an issue. This is our promise to clients. When you buy a Johannus organ, you are buying the best quality available and maintaining our record of quality is of the utmost importance to us.
